TURN AROUND POLICY


Portraits:

I am excited to capture your special moments! Please note that the turnaround time to receive your full gallery is two weeks to four weeks from the session date.


Weddings & Events:

The turnaround time to receive galleries for wedding photos is typically four to eight weeks after the event. This timeframe allows the me to carefully edit and curate the photos to ensure high quality and consistency.


I appreciate your patience as I carefully edit each photo to ensure the highest quality. If you have any questions or need your gallery sooner, please feel free to contact me!


RETAINER


A retainer of $100 is required to secure your appointment for portrait sessions.


Retainers for weddings/events will vary but it will be 25% of overall event package cost. This retainer will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.


Retainers are non-refundable but can be reschedule if given proper notice.


This policy helps me manage my schedule and accommodate my clients.

RESCHEDULING POLICY



If you reschedule within the 48hrs your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.


If you reschedule less than 48hrs before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Why am I charged a retainer?

Retainers are used to secure time and date of your appointment. Retainers are non refundable, however they can be rescheduled up to 48 hrs in advance. Remaining session balance is due at time of event/session.

Travel Expense Breakdown

Travel expenses will be incurred for all events outside 15 miles of Owosso ,MI (48867).

For locations 16-40 miles from Owosso, Michigan, Photographer requires a travel fee of $75
For locations 41-75 miles from Owosso, Michigan, Photographer requires a travel fee of $100
For locations 76-115 miles from Owosso, Michigan, Photographer requires a travel fee of $150
Locations outside of 100 miles, please inquire.
